Great America PAC

You agree to receive recurring automated informational text messages (e.g., SMS and MMS) from Great America PAC, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system, to the mobile number you provided when signing up or any number you designate.

Messages may include campaign updates, event invitations, voting reminders, and related communications (collectively, the “Programs”). Consent to receive automated text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Donations will not be solicited via these messages.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Please consult your mobile carrier for rate details.

Message Frequency

Message frequency will vary. Great America PAC reserves the right to change the frequency of messages at any time, including increasing or decreasing the number of messages sent. We also reserve the right to change the phone number or sender ID used to deliver messages.

Not all mobile devices or carriers may be supported, and messages may not be deliverable in all areas. Great America PAC, its service providers, and supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Cancellation

To opt out of any Program, reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message you receive. You may receive a confirmation message after opting out.

You agree that these are the only valid methods of opting out. Any other method, including verbal requests or alternative wording, may not be recognized as a valid opt-out request.

If you are subscribed to multiple Programs from different numbers, you must opt out of each one individually by replying STOP to each number.

Please note: contacting us or replying HELP is not a valid method to opt out. You must follow the opt-out instructions above.

Disclaimer of Warranty

The Programs are provided on an “as-is” basis and may not be available at all times or in all areas. They may be affected by changes to your wireless carrier, software, or device.

We are not responsible for delays or failures in message delivery. Message delivery depends on your wireless provider and is outside of our control.

Text Messaging Opt-In Data

We do not sell or share your text messaging opt-in data, consent, or related personal information with third parties, unless required by law.

Privacy

We respect your privacy. Information you provide will only be used to deliver messages and respond to you when necessary. This may include sharing information with service providers, messaging platforms, carriers, and vendors involved in message delivery.

Except as described above, we do not sell, rent, trade, or transfer your personal information or phone number to third parties for profit.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or to comply with legal obligations.

By submitting your information, you confirm that it is accurate and complete. Providing false or misleading information may result in removal from the Program and potential legal action.

These Terms & Conditions apply only to the Programs described above and do not affect any other agreements or privacy policies that may apply in other contexts.
